Our Approach

Virginia Tech’s environment is inherently dynamic - spanning groundbreaking research, global outreach, and evolving infrastructure. To lead, our institution must be willing to step into uncertainty. Our role is to help the university take informed, intentional, and well-calculated risks that align directly with our shared values, mission, and strategic priorities. We serve as a trusted partner collaborating closely with Internal Audit, Compliance & Ethics, Privacy, and COI/C Services to ensure that when Virginia Tech moves forward, it moves forward safely and resiliently.
